The worst uniform service ever. Stay away from Cintas and don't sign any contracts!
As an Ashland business owner I have been using uniform companies for several years at this business and others. The "service" we get from Cintas is poor at the very best. I have an employee that has been with us for 16 weeks now and still has temp shirts. The parts washer doesn't work and is often low on fluid right after getting "serviced" the parts washer was sold to me as a deal where I rent the washer that should get serviced every week and it would come with 150 shop rags. I have complained several times that I am being charged for the rags. They fix the problem but just add the extra charge back into the bill later in hopes that I don't catch them. The dress pants for my front person are never folded right so the crease is wrong making him look less professional. When speaking to the customer service department and I tell them I have made complaints before the woman tells me that I haven't made complaints and that they document all the calls. I'm guessing they have selective hearing just like a 10 year old and they conveniently erase the complaint calls so that they can keep you in contract.
