The rooms are nice and cozy. The prices are reasonable. Location isn't bad. I have stayed here twice now when visiting my family and would stay here again.
It was an okay hotel for the price. Not a very good view, kinda old, pool was not in service, and the elevator took forever, even at 10 at night. Continental breakfast was just like any other. The rooms were spacious, and there were no bed bugs! Good choice of restaurants nearby, and conveniently located near the Costco. Good choice if visiting Crater Lake the next day.
Our entire stay was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was nice, great shower. Free Breakfast was decent, you get what you pay for. If your in town, stay here you won't be disappointed!
Room was very clean, beds are nice, toiletries smell wonderful.Staff all congregate at the front talk loud, don't greet or acknowledge customers coming in. Hallways reek of marijuana. If not down by 7:30am there isn't a great variety of breakfast. 1 of 3 days seen a staff tending to breakfast bar.
Nice hotel and room. Bed was comfortable. The only problem with our stay is our phone went off three times at 3 am and when we picked up it was a dead tone. Called the front desk aperently our room wasn’t the only one with a phone going off. Was really weird.
