As far as Taco Bell goes, this restaurant isn't bad, but it definitely has some negative points. More often than not, there is an error with the order. Tonight we ordered a mini chicken quesadilla without the sauce, but it had sauce on it. This isn't the first time this has happened at this Taco Bell. It's also hit and miss with the size of the shredded chicken burritos; they're usually pretty small compared to other Taco Bell restaurants. This Taco Bell is decent, but it could definitely be better!
Absolutely disgusted in this place. The owners obviously do not care about friendly fast service! The place is disgusting and staff rude. Nevertheless they have never gotten my order right I end up walking back in to straighten out my food. Ridiculous!! You also have to wait 45min to an hour for the drive through! Owners should be ashamed but they're probably as scummy as their restaurant!
Just like any Taco Bell except this offers some nice art on the restroom walls. An thats actually alot sarcastic. The grafitti on the wall is of nazi symbols.
Terrible wait times. They don't usually get your order right but most of the time they're friendly.
If I could rate them zero stars I would. To start off their service is terribly slow. What really pushed it over the edge is the integrity of this business. They do not honor any of their mistakes. I made an order a little over a month ago and they messed it up entirely. I called them to let them know and they said they would replace my order for free, I was not told I had a timeline. I came in today and they told me it had been too long and they would not honor their mistake. In my opinion this is the worst business ever!! They do not honor their employees ruining my order and failing to inform me that I had a specific amount of time to redeem the food I had ordered in the first place. I will never go here again, or any other Taco Bell for that matter. I hope this place goes out of business soon, so that nobody has to deal with the unhonorable and disrespectful business.
